When Vidkov turns to the seller
Some answers depend on you, not on reference material. Vidkov does not make that decision itself: it preserves the question, pauses the unresolved part of the conversation and sends its context to Telegram.
What remains the seller's decision
Handoff is triggered for a specific unresolved question, not by a random word in a message.
Negotiation or a non-standard arrangement
A discount, reservation, delivery exception or another term needs your decision, so the bot does not agree to it on your behalf.
A check only a person can perform
If an answer depends on a physical check, a new photo or another seller action, Vidkov states exactly what needs to be established.
From Telegram back to the conversation
Connected Telegram becomes a channel for the decision, not a separate copy of the conversation.

Guidance does not enter another chat
Every handoff is bound to a specific user, OLX account, conversation and current question state. If several handed-off conversations are open in Telegram, the system asks you to reply to the message for the intended conversation.
A pause is not permanent
A difficult question does not disable Vidkov for that buyer permanently. The seller remains in control and can reply personally, give the bot brief guidance or restore automatic handling.
After it returns, Vidkov does not repeat an already-processed message and continues from the conversation's current boundary.
