How many replies you need a month
One reply to a buyer takes one reply off the limit. So does a reminder. If you connected several OLX accounts they share one limit rather than each having their own.

How the limit is counted
- The limit runs for a calendar month in Kyiv time. It resets on the first.
- Unused replies do not carry over to the next month.
- One reminder to a buyer costs one reply, exactly like an ordinary answer.
- When the bot has no answer and hands the conversation to you, nothing is spent: no message goes to the buyer.
- When the limit runs out we write to you in Telegram. Buyer messages are kept and are worked through once the limit resets.
Payment and refunds
- Paid a month in advance.
- If you are an individual you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract: section 5 of the Terms.
- We may change the price with 14 days' notice. That does not apply to a period already paid for.
- The free plan comes with no promise that it lasts forever: we may change its terms with 14 days' notice.
