Vidkov terms of use and public offer
The public offer governs the relationship between the Vidkov operator and service users. An account is created only after accepting the complete documents.

1. Service
Vidkov provides access to software that connects to a seller’s OLX account and helps form replies to buyers. The operator does not participate in sales between seller and buyer, does not act as a marketplace intermediary, and does not collect payment for advertised products.
2. Forming the agreement
The agreement is formed when an account is created and the user accepts the terms, rules, and privacy policy. Users must provide accurate account details and protect access. The current documents remain available on the website before registration and throughout use of the service.
3. Plans and payment
Plan contents, price, duration, and allowances are shown before payment and in the cabinet. Payment takes place on the bank’s protected page. Vidkov reconciles the amount, reference, and operation status but does not receive a card number or security code. Refund terms depend on cause and unused time.
4. Rights and duties
The operator maintains the service and applies reasonable data protection measures. Users keep listings accurate, monitor conversations, and honour commitments sent in their name. Automatic mode is optional, while confirmation mode lets a seller review each prepared message before sending.
5. Responsibility and dependencies
A language model and external platforms can sometimes be unavailable or produce an error. OLX independently controls its marketplace and API. The complete offer explains liability boundaries, compensation for extended service unavailability, and the process if an essential external connection ends.
6. Changes and disputes
Users receive advance notice of material changes. A user who disagrees may end the agreement before the new version takes effect. Applicable law, the negotiation process, and competent court are specified by the complete Ukrainian public offer.
