Vidkov privacy policy

Vidkov processes the data required for an account, OLX connectivity, buyer replies, payment reconciliation, security, and interface improvement.

Updated 27 August 2026

1. Data categories

The service stores profile data, settings, encrypted OLX tokens, connected listing information, buyer messages, and technical operating history. Payment records contain only details required to reconcile the operation. Card information is entered on the bank’s page and never reaches Vidkov.

2. Why buyer messages are processed

Conversation and listing information is provided to a language model to prepare a relevant reply. The seller controls the buyer relationship, while Vidkov acts as a software processor on the seller’s instruction. These data are not sold or used for advertising.

3. Service providers

Operation may involve OLX, Google Gemini, Telegram, Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Resend, Monobank, Google Analytics, and Plerdy. Each provider receives only what its function requires. Analytics does not receive login names, email addresses, access tokens, or form contents.

4. Retention

Different categories have different periods. Conversations and support requests are generally kept for twelve months, bot and security logs for less time, while minimum payment records may remain for up to three years after the agreement ends. The original policy contains the complete retention table.

5. User rights

Users can request information and a copy, correct or erase data, restrict processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Account export and deletion are available in the cabinet. Deletion may be paused while a payment is unfinished so that the transfer is not lost.

6. Security and cookies

Tokens and payment keys are encrypted, passwords are one-way hashed, and transport uses TLS. Cookies and local storage support session state, language, appearance, and pseudonymous analytics. Blocking analytics does not prevent the core site from working.
