How Vidkov separates facts from assumptions
Every claim has a source and a boundary. Vidkov knows what describes the seller's specific item, what is only a general model characteristic and where there is not yet enough data to answer.

Vidkov uses each layer only for what it can genuinely support.
Chat context
Facts already stated, the buyer's questions and constraints, and earlier replies remain part of the next turn, so the bot does not repeat itself or contradict the conversation.
Public sources
When search is included in the plan, Vidkov can check general model specifications. This information does not replace data about the condition of a specific item.
A model and a specific item have different properties
A characteristic of a series or model does not automatically become a property of a specific used item after repair, component replacement or wear.
A general technical capability can therefore explain the model, but it cannot confirm the condition, sealing, remaining life or quality of this particular item without separate seller data.
Missing data is not filled with a guess
If a required property is absent from the available data, Vidkov does not turn silence into “yes”, “no” or “it definitely works”.
It answers what can be supported and sends the question about an unknown fact of the specific item to the seller with its context.
How the seller receives that questionNew replies rely on the latest available data
Before a new reply, Vidkov assembles the full set of active listings, seller settings and conversation history. Changes to that data become the basis of subsequent replies.
The source behind a claim remains explicit to the reply logic: a seller fact, conversation context, general reference information or a decision that a person still needs to make.
